Monique's Outreach & Consulting Agency, LLC is dedicated to community outreach and mentorship services aimed at supporting low-income families. Our mission is to foster positive change by providing mentorship, educational support, and resources designed to break the cycle of generational trauma. Through personalized mentorship programs, community engagement, and partnerships with local organizations, we strive to empower families, improve youth outcomes, and promote long-term community resilience.

Our services

Outreach

Our primary focus is Community Outreach and Empowerment. We provide resources and support to those in need, with a special emphasis on local youth facing hardships such as sexual exploitation, homelessness, shelter living, or unstable housing situations like couch hopping.

Consulting

On the Consulting side of our business, we take pride in setting organizations up for administrative success. We provide consulting services to nonprofit organizations, assisting with developing manageable filing systems and offering scheduling and payroll support for both independent contractors and employees.

Case Management

Utilizing a holistic, client-centered approach to coordinate and provide support to individuals seeking to achieve specific goals, such as economic stability or employment. Our process typically consists of an intake, goal setting, advocacy, and monitoring to ensure clients access and implement the resources and services they need.
